returned with the original packaging,
instructions, and hardware ,within
30 days of purchase. If your rack
is being returned due to shipping
damage, notify Guidarax by phone
631-928-0071, or e-mail at sales@guidarax.com
immediately upon receipt. Refunds
may only be credited back to the
original purchaser and will be
refunded on the original purchasing
credit card.
Proof of purchase is required
for all refunds or exchanges
and the merchandise must be
in new condition, including
the packaging, instructions,
and hardware. The value of missing
items will be deducted from
the credit amount for a return.
Shipping and handling costs
are not refundable. It is the
responsibility of the original
purchaser to ensure that returns
are adequately packaged, insured,
and tracked. All shipping costs
are the sole responsibility
of the original purchaser, unless
the order was received damaged
in shipment. Orders should be
